New Album Released July 2020 - Dead Preservations

Dead Preservations is the new collection of songs by the Annulments, the follow-up to their debut album Everything I Lost. Recorded in Ailfionn Studios by Chris Barry and produced by Tom Cosgrave, Dead Preservations is an eclectic collection of tunes ranging from sparse folk to alt country, rock and brass-backed soul. The album features a mixture of male and female lead vocals shared between songwriter Stephen Coyle and vocalist Claire Fitzgerald. As on the Annulments first album the focus here is on finely crafted songs and sensitive arrangements. Dead Preservations, we think, is an album that will reward repeated listening.

Available now on limited edition CD or gatefold Vinyl from Bandcamp and to stream on Spotify

"The Annulments latest release Dead Preservations is a masterclass in songwriting and creativity. Breaking the rules for acoustic based music each song takes a different direction covering a wide range of emotions and topics." TheBeat.ie
